Booking and confirmation

The booking is confirmed upon payment of the required deposit. You will receive an email confirmation with stay details and your booking code.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Any amounts marked as payable at the property are collected at check-in.

Deposit for advance bookings

When check-in is at least 90 days away, guests may pay 50% at booking and the balance no later than 30 days before arrival. The property sends reminders by email and in the guest area. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the booking is at risk of cancellation; the deposit is retained and cannot be reused, under the accepted terms.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with the property's prior written approval. Type, size and number of pets must be specified during booking. A request does not constitute acceptance and may involve a supplement communicated before approval.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are indicated at the time of booking and vary according to the chosen rate. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit may not be refundable.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Different times can be arranged in advance subject to availability.

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property: until 4:00 PM it carries a 20% supplement on the average nightly accommodation price; until 8:00 PM it costs one additional night.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax, where applicable by the Municipality of Capolona, is charged to the guest and collected separately at check-in according to current municipal rates.

Guest obligations

• Present a valid ID document at check-in
• Use the accommodation with care and respect
• Observe quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• Promptly report any damage

Liability

The property is not liable for valuables left unattended in the accommodation. Any damage caused by the guest will be charged to them.

Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Arezzo has jurisdiction.
