Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern booking and stay at La Nussa, a non-professional accommodation operating under Italian short-term rental regulations (DL 50/2017, art. 4).
Booking and confirmation
The booking is confirmed upon payment of the required deposit. You will receive an email confirmation with stay details and your booking code.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash at check-in. The balance, less the deposit paid, is due on arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are indicated at the time of booking and vary according to the chosen rate. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit may not be refundable.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Different times can be arranged in advance subject to availability.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax, where applicable by the Municipality of Capolona, is charged to the guest and collected separately at check-in according to current municipal rates.
Guest obligations
- Present a valid ID document at check-in
- Use the accommodation with care and respect
- Observe quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- Promptly report any damage
Liability
The property is not liable for valuables left unattended in the accommodation. Any damage caused by the guest will be charged to them.
Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Arezzo has jurisdiction.
